How can I order from the Feng Shui Store?
In several ways:

• Online with your credit card via our secure server
• By post with a cheque or money order
• By phone or fax using your credit card

If you wish to place an order on line, enter the quantity of the product you require and click on the Buy Now button. This will add the item(s) to your shopping cart, which will be displayed for you. At any time you may view your order by clicking on the View Your Shopping Cart button at the top of every page.

When you have finished shopping, take a final look at your shopping cart and from this page you may proceed to the check out. You will need to confirm your delivery details and the shipping information. Finally, you will be asked to confirm your payment details. You may pay by credit or debit card, or if you wish, you can submit your order and we will call you to arrange payment.

If you wish to order offline, you can telephone us with your order, or post it. Alternatively, if you are looking for general information or advice, fill in your details on this form and email it to us, and we will get in contact as soon as possible.

How secure is the Online Store?
The shopping cart: Our online shop utilises a securely encrypted ecommerce engine. Your order details and credit card information are fully encrypted using the strongest available security all the way from your computer screen to our desktop. The credit card transactions are handled by ourselves - no outside parties get to see your card details, or are involved in any part of the transaction process. However, if you are still unhappy about using a credit card online you can send your order and pay by phone, fax or post. How about delivery and returns?
Most orders are sent within 48 hours. If there are any delays we always notify you, and credit cards are not processed until your order is sent. If you are not fully satisfied with your goods, then simply return them to us within 14 days and we will be delighted to refund or replace your order please call us in advance. This does not apply to software and books. When returning goods remember to package them securely in the original packaging and to obtain a Proof of Posting certificate from your Post office or carrier, in case your parcel fails to reach us.

How much is Postage and Packing?:
We have a flat fee of £2.95 for postage and packing. So you can order as much as you like without paying extra.

We are delighted to serve overseas customers - shipping rates are calculated before you finalise your order - so remember to complete the shipping information correctly by confirming the delivery zone (Europe, USA, Australia, rest of world).
